The Saga Continues...
Koukla is doing better, $400 later, the consensus is that she is constipated (more info than anybody wanted, I am sure)... What a day. After I got her home from the vet, I drove to work in San Anselmo and when I went to leave, car wouldn't shift out of park... transmission, I think. The car is twelve years old but only has 82K miles... so I called for a tow and Allstate (I will never again leave triple A, do you hear that, Pat Campbell) said it would be between 90 minutes and 2 hours. So I left the car there and will have to call a tow truck tomorrow morning.

I am singing those " 15 Days Under the Hood" blues, too. Car 12 yrs. old ,77K. Needed new cat converters to pass DEQ. Ok, $750 later....no passy. Will spend another $300 Monday for who knows what. The car is running perfect. Here's to clean air. Hope yours is all fixed...I hope Mr. Lesh is in a good mood today because I'm not. S
