Local authorities are happy (and somewhat relieved) to announce the apprehension of one of Petaluma's most notorious gangsters, David Nelson, most recently wanted in Falls Church, VA for impersonating a plumber. On the lam for the past three weeks, Mr. Nelson finally turned himself in to the local F.B.I. offices where he was able to cut a deal. In exchange for agreeing to hire and pay a professional to fix his toilet the next time it acts up, the F.B.I. rewarded Mr. Nelson by allowing him to edit his own mug shot. And here it is:
