If you get a chance, go see the movie about the Trips Festival. Not a cinematic wonder by a long shot, the film is great in terms of archival footage (including some contributed by David Nelson). The retrospective interviews with people who were there are well done and the comments by Stewart Brand and Lawrence Ferlinghetti are especially interesting. Can't make it to the theatre? The film will be out soon on DVD.
