Only The Nose Knows

I'm faithfully taking the zithromax and the diflucan and the this and the that and the other thing and really, there has been the tiniest improvement. I did not have a bleed for two days, which was a good thing. Then, this morning I awakened all stuffed up and you know the drill... HONK if you're stuffy. Anyway, out came a clot approximately 1 inch by 1/2 inch (really big and freaked me out) followed by a short bleed (thank God) (can you believe I have now taken to naming the bleeding sessions). I am trying not to blow so often but the reality is, I cannot breathe and need to do so.
