I saw the reference to this on rec.music.gdead and clicked on the link. It is a hoot! Read the strips from the beginning (they are short and there are only 16 of them) - premise is a young twenty-something office drone, haunted by the ghost of Jimi Hendrix who wants him to form a rock band:
