Henchman Johnny Markowski has been arrested and arraigned for his role in the infamous scandal involving impersonation of a plumber. Be on the lookout for ringleader David Nelson, alias Baby Face, who is still at large and is reportedly hiding out in Canada, hoping to avoid capture and extradition.
