A Word to the Wise

Never start fixing dinner, put on "Summertime Blues" by Blue Cheer and rock out. I got all revved up thinking about the Chet Helms memorial last year and projecting the summer of love 40th anniversary show in Golden Gate Park and seeing Leigh Stephens, etc., and then I rocked out and made myself very, very dizzy. Now, I need to lie down (preferably with some smelling salts left over from the Brett Rickaby Film Festival Days).
