Return of my Kestrel

I am so happy... for the past few days, my little bird friend has returned to her perch on the telephone wires on Lucas Valley Road, just across from the entrance to my office. She has been missing in action for a few weeks and I thought she might be nesting but according to the info I have read on raptors in general and kestrels in particular, she should only just now begin sitting on her eggs.
