NRPS Plaque from Cleveland

This was in that box of stuff that Marmaduke gave me when he left town over ten years ago. In case you cannot read it, the plaque says

There was apparently something else attached to the bottom of the plaque but I cannot figure out what it was or where it went. As usual, click on the picture to see it full size. I may offer this to David Nelson if he is a really good boy...
