Be still my heart! I just got off the phone with the New Riders - calling from David's hotel room in New York (the after party for Johnny's birthday party). Johnny said the shows went very, very well and that his birthday is still going strong. He also said they were all wearing the flashing eye glasses that I sent as party favors. I said I want pictures!!!!
Now, here is THE BEST news...
The New Riders have decided to do the Summer of Love show at Speedway Meadows on September 2. Yes, they are committed and confirmed. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
